Thank you for shopping with Pet Medic We want you and your pets to be completely happy with every purchase. This policy explains our return and refund rules for different product categories.

 

🚫 No Returns on Medicines & Healthcare Products

Due to health, safety, and legal reasons:

Medicines, supplements, and any healthcare-related items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered — unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon arrival.

If you received the wrong or damaged medical product, please report it within 24–48 hours with photos so we can assist.

✅ Returnable Products

We accept returns for eligible items such as:

  • Pet toys

  • Accessories (leashes, collars, carriers, etc.)

  • Beds, clothing, grooming tools

  • Food and treats (only if sealed, unused & not expired)

Must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

📅 Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  3. Reason for return

  4. Photos if the item is defective or damaged

💰 Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us

🔁 Exchanges

If you want to change size/type (for eligible products), you can request an exchange within 7 days.
Based on availability.

🚚 Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Orders

If you received:

  • The wrong product

  • Damaged goods

  • A defective item

We will replace it at no extra charge.

📌 Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Any used or opened products

  • Perishable products (opened food packs)

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Medicines & healthcare products (except if defective/wrong item)
